Eden Editor Vehicle Appearence?

So I noticed a new option in the editor about adjusting vehicle appearance..I see where you can change the options and paint scheme..has anyone added custom paint skins to do this yet?

I looked for a tutorial but cant find one..is this the same as before just putting files someplace else?

I downloaded the Samples Pack but it doesn't do anything,,,I start it and it just flashes up on the screen then disappears.
