Has BIS changed something?

I can't have the cargo door opened on the CH-49 Mohawk with this command:

this animate ["CargoRamp_Open",1];

It doesn't work.

Can you please tell me whether the code has changed or or if I'm doing something wrong.

Can't answer on exactly that question, sorry, but fact - that:

this animateDoor ["CargoRamp_Open", 1, false];

will work.
