Looking for MSO Insurgency/Gear Randomization script for Civilians

Hey everyone!

 

So I built an MSO mission and tried using EOD Mod with it (it has built in support) and everything works fine except my ACE and AIM keys don't work after awhile. So I'm looking for an alternate way to create triggermen/insurgents hiding among civilians or at least randomizing the gear of some civilians have so they radios and such.
