Not sure what I would need to add for ALIVE compability.

I've added groups and stuff and once my Night Vision works I will update.

Maybe that will make it ALIVE compatible.

Basically you need to create group configs for the units.. see here for more info:

Just found this mod, this is awesome! Aliens are so OP, and the aircrafts outmaneuver anything I've seen before in arma. I have always wanted aliens in arma. Hope that this mod succeeds too:

The only problem is that many people are going to be needed to accomplish something of that scale. Maybe you could help him? You've got some nice alien weapon effects.

So for shielding, have you considered making a "shield model" aka just a firegeo sphere that is it's own model? It would allow for collisions but not projectiles, meaning you could potentially make force field style addons to ships with a little bit of scripting.

 

Also for the night vision, with the dual use item mechanic BI added, you could just give the helmets night vision built in.

Also a general update that fixes a lot of bugs since Apex would be nice!

The Kry'Zok are about to make a come back. And now they are really angry for whatever reason.

Lots of new equipment, completely redid the whole thing actually. Tanks drive a little better, the drop ship can finally drop something and they actually have learned how to unleash their insane weaponry against unsuspecting players

Originally I had intended these as adversaries for my UN2030 addon (or the other way around, I forgot which was first).

In recognition of this I will change the name of this addon to UN COM.

This will of course include some increased firepower for the UN 2030/-COM faction eventually (Gauss A10, Rail Tank, UN-COM Troops etc)

Looks like this mod will provide a lot of good times! I can imagine a scenario of an earth defense force/ united nations fighting off aliens on many many maps.

perhaps you should expand the human UN mods to include more units, weaponry and vehicles? maybe include national patches of all countries?

They don´t attack west or east. Do I have to make them enemy myself ?

Otherwise it´s a great idea and pretty cool mod !

you have to set the green faction to enemy in the editor. somewhere under general options/settings

I am redoing some of the classnames right now and splitting the 2 factions into 2 separate pbos. Don't make any complicated mission s yet : )

Update pending in a few hours.

I thought about it.

I plan to add some plasma cannon that can be fired once a minute and remove the small guns from it. 

 

@silentghoust

I considered shields too at one point, but I don't see a way to make them light up when hit which would be the whole point imho.
