I bet if you climb up that ladder you'll just clip through the building. Try it. :D

Also, when you reach the top you need to make sure to keep grasping invisible rungs in the air, otherwise it would not be authentic.

I actually showed my friend ArmA2 in the max detail i could muster, he didnt know it was a game as he came in when a AH64 flying about doing some demo flying using the camera thingy, he thought i was actually playing HD footage by asking "where was this filmed".

Or just shooting from the left shoulder to avoid exposing more of the body?

For me it's more that the photographer is so far away from cover that makes it fake.
