Steam Error Code 51

I purchased ARMA II OA on steam.

I previously have ARMA II which i could install via steam and play however I recently purchased ARMA II OA, install it via steam however was able to start it (Error code 51); when start it via the OA folder I still get an error.

Application Error: 3:0000065432

So I delete both game via steam and tried to install OA only; still same error.

Anyone please help; where can I contact support for BI?

please try run STEAM as administator

I have tried that already; closing steaam, went to properties and run with administrator priv.

Still got the same error;

or should I delete all content, and download it again with steam under administrator priv.

You should delete and do a clean install.

It may help to delete the ClientRegistry .blob file in the main Steam folder. If you do this you will have to log onto Steam at start up.
