  1. Hello Every One Today I present two Projects And I Need Help With one of them. MASTER EFFECT FOR 64-Bit: Since Arma has been Updated To 64 Bit Executable Most of the Presets were outdate with only remaining were Real light etc I present to you Master Effect Reborn For Arma 3 64bit exe It includes and excludes from many other presets old and new It has a small amount of DOF too but not too much that it is difficult to see. Better Color saturation actually Colorfulness is more or less like Real Light V7 but not that bright which makes Rocks Glow. For this Master Effect I will provide you the settings you will need to achieve the beauty. Here some Screen Shots I know they don't look First class but Effects are great compared to vanilla game as Images were not able to capture light DoF. See The whole Gallery. HISTORICALLY INACCURATE CONFLICTS: HIC(Or HIA/Historically inaccurate armies) is More or less Adding new Factions To Arma 3 HIC takes Resources from Several Other mods such as NI Arms for Weapons and Multi National Pack/FoxFort for Uniforms these mods are Required As a dependency. Again A picture is Worth a thousand words Some of The Armies are Down to the core Realistic like Iranian Armed Forces and Some are Historically Inaccurate as The 33 States US army( Modern American Civil War is a possibility) Right Now My focus is only on Infantry as I don't know anything about Modding If we can Make a small Team containing Texture Editors, Coders and Mission Makers I can release a road map for the Future. DOWNLOAD US FORCES: DOWNLOAD N.R.A: DOWNLOAD Iranian Armed Forces (Basij only) Here are some screenshots. An Iranian Team Leader (Basij) calling Artillery Fire on Enemy Positions. An Iranian Rifleman G3 (Basij) Shooting at Fascists Armed Group (NRA - Historically existed but timeline is inaccurate) An Iranian Machine Gunner Firing at 33 States US soldiers In the 1st Floor. 33 states US soldiers Assaulting Rebel Check point. 33 US soldiers Guiding Pilots. NRA Fascists Planning an Attack on 33 US FOB
  2. 345th Soviet Uniforms Mod Thank you for checking out this page. I'm from the 345th SGVAR Arma Unit. We have made some equipment for our latest campaign, and we would like to share it with everyone, due to the unexpectedly high quality. It is a bunch of 1970/80's Soviet equipment. We are a VDV unit at the core but we will also add equipment from other branches soon! We're super hyped to see various mod teams working on more Cold War content. Features: This mod contains uniforms, vests, backpacks and headgear to recreate the Soviet Armed Forces of the 1970s and 1980s Cold War Period. All uniforms/gear are compatible with Red Hammer Studios style uniforms and gear. This mod currently only contains VDV equipment, but other branches are on the way. It also includes “roleplay” uniform variations that we use within the 345th SGVAR Arma 3 Unit. If you would like a slimmed down version of this pack that does not include rank shoulder boards, I suggest you download the Soviet Armed Forces mod, which will soon be updated! Future Plans & Bugfixes: We plan to include full sets of Motor Rifle (MSV), Naval Infantry (VMF) and Tank/Artillery equipment – including unique uniforms with rank variations, and unique service-appropriate gear with class variations. The mod is currently progressing rapidly, so expect regular updates. Please report any bugs you encounter here in the thread. Mod Contains: Full Set of M69 Field Uniforms (VDV), with ranks Ryadovoy to Major. Full set of M69 Barracks Uniforms (VDV), with ranks Ryadovoy to Major. RD-54 Desentnik Backpack (With Variations) RD-54 Backpack Pouches (With Variations) VDV Jump Helmet 3x VDV Officer Berets 2x VDV Berets Steam Workshop Download - 345th Soviet Uniforms Mod http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1111540071 Steam Workshop Download - Soviet Armed Forces http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=716518271 Dependencies: RHSAFRF and NI Arms AK are required. Credits: Basher (from IFA3 Lite and Soviet Armed Forces Mod) - Basher did all the imports and 90% of the bug fixes. Xeno (from IFA3 Lite and Forgotten fronts) - 3D models, rigs/skin's and textures. Aleksei - Quality control, texture streamlining and reference models. Staines (345th SGVAR Co-Founder) - Moral support and research (useless ;) ). Thank you to RHS and NI Arms teams for your wonderful weapons.
  3. A remake of the Operation Flashpoint single mission "AMBUSH", using CUP USMC units. This one should resonate with some of us old school OFP players. I remember playing this demo mission from a demo disc attached to a PCGAMER mag back in the day, and I lost my mind at how amazing it was. The mission was a tough rock to crack. Very hard to get the AI to cooperate and for the mission to flow as it used too back in OFP. But finally, I've got it working to a playable standard. It's still hard though, you need to pull your weight in the squad and accept the fact the AI can be unpredictable. You'll probably need to revert to a save once or twice. So please enjoy this mission because I put a lot of work, time and effort into making it and getting it just right. Link to Steam Workshop ------- Ambush - OFP Remake
  4. A remake of the Operation Flashpoint single mission "Commander", using CUP USMC units. Lead a squad of grunts on a mission to defeat the enemy forces in the area. You'll have a lot of armored units at your disposal. I've also made it CO-OP for you to enjoy with a mate or two. Link to Steam Workshop ------- Commander - OFP Remake
  5. A remake of the Operation Flashpoint single mission "Rat Hole", using CUP Russian Federation units. Take your KA-52 and use it to smash the enemy’s base! I've replaced the V-80/KA-50 single seat helo to the KA-52 twin seat, mostly because this mission is almost impossible to play without a gunner to help you, and it just wasn't enjoyable. I've also made it CO-OP so you can play with a gunner. Link to Steam Workshop ------- Rat Hole - OFP Remake
  6. A remake of the Operation Flashpoint single mission "War Cry", using CUP US ARMY units. A large-scale combined arms operation. Liberate the town of Mirov in central Nogova, currently held by renegade Russian troops. I've also made it CO-OP so you can play with some friends. Link to Steam Workshop ------- War Cry - OFP Remake
  7. A remake of the Operation Flashpoint campaign mission #34 "Incursion", using CUP USMC units. Sneak into General Guba's compound and locate the documents containing the locations of the SCUD launchers on Kolgujev. Have fun Link to Steam Workshop ------- Incursion - OFP Remake
  8. A remake of the Operation Flashpoint campaign mission #15 "Tank Rally", using CUP USMC units. Give the Ruski's a run for their Rubles in your M1A1, and help support the infantry at Chapoi as part of Yankee Platoon. Enjoy Link to Steam Workshop ------- Tank Rally - OFP Remake
  9. A remake of the Operation Flashpoint campaign mission #13 "Pathfinder", using CUP USMC units. As a machine gunner, assault the village of Saint Marie and Chapoi. Take out the self-propelled anti-aircraft gun (SPAAG) systems (ZSU-23-4 "Shilka") so that air support can be brought in to deal with heavy armor guarding the towns. This mission was one of my favorites. It can be tough, but well worth it once you get to finish it successfully. You may have to try it a few times, your squad may make it to the end or you might end up being on your own. It plays out very much the same as the original OFP mission did which i'm very happy with. Enjoy Link to Steam Workshop ------- Pathfinder - OFP Remake e
  10. A remake of the Operation Flashpoint campaign mission #32 "Counterstrike", using CUP USMC units. Assault the Ruski controlled territory of Kolgujev with your fellow Marines after the air assault. Enjoy :) Link to Steam Workshop ------- Counterstikre - OFP Remake
  11. I have a question concerning the details of a scenario I'm in the process of working. I'd like to simulate being part of the 11th ACR at the height of the Cold War in the 80's, roughly around the time of Able Archer 83. My problem is I can't find with exact detail the precise components of an Armored Cavalry Troop, which is roughly the same as an Armored Company. I'm aware that 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment was broken up into Squadrons, with each having an HQ Troop, 4 Armor Troops, and an Anti-Tank Troop. I know that the Armor Troops had 4 M1 Abrams each, however I'm unaware of the composition of the HQ and AT Troops. It is these I'd like to represent with some detail, which I've been unable to find. I'm aware it's a somewhat lengthy and kind of out there request, but if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated!
  12. Hi all, I'm new to the forums but I have been playing for a while now, with a special interest in the Cold War era. I came here hoping for some assistance on a question that has been bothering me. I have something of my own personal headcanon for the events of the Armaverse, and I wanted to start making missions that take place during the Cold War. The timeline I've worked up involves a conflict between the US Army's 193rd Infantry Brigade and the Soviet 2nd Guards Motor Rifles in the year 1988. Now, I know that the M16A2 was phased into US Army service in 1985-6, but I was wondering about the feasibility of equipping my US Army infantry assets with M16A1s. I have the RH M16 pack with its well-textured and modeled M16A2s, but I recently downloaded Unsung to see the variety of Cold War assets I could translate into the 1980s setting. The M16A1 model they have is quite exquisite, and the selection of Cold War vehicles, aircraft in particular, is also very interesting. I wanted to know see if I could get some input as to what model of M16 I should use, because I can't decide. For anyone who takes the time to read this and comment, thank you very much in advance!
