  2. What I am trying to do is create a flag capturing system using the BIS_fnc_holdActionAdd. So I am currently testing to see if, while playing as an FIA BLUFOR unit, I can take an AAF flag down from a flagpole and swap it with an FIA flag. I am hoping I can get the animation of the flag coming down the pole, then once it has reached the bottom, swap with an FIA flag, then rise back up the pole, all while using the hold action button. If the unit lets go of the action button, the flag goes back to the top as if nothing has changed. If the flag is already an FIA flag, then the hold action button should not appear. This should be the same if I am playing an AFF Independent unit, except it is only FIA flags that can be captured. I currently have the hold action working, I am just not sure about how to use the BIS_fnc_animateFlag to move the flag down, swap it, then move it back up to the top.
  3. Hello all, and thank you for taking the time. I have been looking around plenty on the forums and on threads about scripts and mods, there are a lot of nice content out there - all similar to what I am looking for to some extent, but not fully. This is why I wanted to create a thread and throw my question out there, as I am looking for something like a script with specific functions; I am making something like a cops and robbers mission for my friends to enjoy on MP and dedicated server, one side will be police and one side will be bad guys. Wondering if there is a script out there that when a police is in close proximity to one of the bad guys, it plays a surrender animation on the bad guy, as if the person has been grabbed and caught after trying to run away or get away from the police!   4. Hi, I am searching to make a sector who will be capture by a player, for exemple; a player enter in the base and have to wait 3 min for the game end. (Screen) I am also searching to make a mission who Blufor and Opfor have to capture All the base to win (Screen), but I want the players to have to capture the first base to move to the second one etc... So I want at a certain moment of the game that there is a conflict in the midle of the map and later that a team take the lead and win by having captured all the bases.
  5. Is it possible to stop players handcuffing AI on a selective basis. This is to stop players running off with the medical staff, meaning players cannot find them to be cured of their ailments. Thanks in advance S

I'm able to do it in VR, but even on an empty Tanoa map I can't get a full capture, and, to get the error to go away I have to add ]]] to make it stop, but then when I call it from a trigger it still wont work.. In VR I just raised it and landed and the line of script is longer than flying to the volcano from the main base. Anyone else having this issue ? I'm scratching my head and frustrated after a couple hours with no results what-so-ever. Thank you for any feedback..
  7. Description FT-2 is a PvP (TvT) multiplayer game mode with an intensive large scale battles of two sides for strategic key locations. Over 50 playable battle locations with different amount of sectors to capture (ranging from 1 sector to 4) brings the core of teamwork and individual gameplay in a more arcade-like style, with one major task in hand - make your team win! Gameplay Each player has the possibility to spawn at thier Team base or thier deployed MHQ (if not destroyed) & captured sectors. The player starts with default equipment and is tasked to capture and hold the sectors, every time a player captures a sector he is rewarded with resources which can be used to buy more advanced equipment and\or vehicles, the same stands with eliminating other enemy players or enemy vehicles. Players can purchase new equipment at base, next to ammo caches in captured sectors or at the MHQ. Vehicles are purchased only at the Base.   8. hi when running dedicated server is it possible to with some command reload the current mission? so that changes made scripting would take affect. dedicated is so slow to test with constant restarting the mission :\ thanks
