Willkommen Soldat! We are a virtual reenactment group as well as a research and study group. Whose members are always striving to learn more about the daily lives of the SS Soldaten during the Second World War as well as the study of the tactics that he employed on the battlefield. 1.SS-Panzer-Division is a highly motivated and professional group of 25+ members who have been continually active since 2010 as a German Realism unit in Red Orchestra 41-45 & Darkest Hour 44-45. We are now turning to ArmA 3 to give us the opportunity in which we can further the level of realism and immersion. We bring with us a wealth of knowledge and experience that we believe is easily applicable to this game and engine. We currently own eight dedicated server boxes to ensure all of our hosting needs are met. We also own our own Teamspeak 3 server to facilitate voice communications for the unit. What Are We Looking For? - Mature, active, and reliable members. - Individuals interested in historically accurate data - Must be able to make our mandatory Sunday skirmishes. (Note: Events begin 1100 PST and last between 2-3 hours) Why Join? The 1.SS-Panzer-Division offers a wide range of experiences, our main focus is organized PVP combat against other professional milsim units within the ArmA III WW2 Community. We focus more energy into historical authenticity, and therefore bases it’s TO&E, Tactics and Formations on validated historical sources. Roles vary from Mechanized Infantry to Armor Commanders. Continuous developing internal & external campaigns with long term goals and rewards integrated with the community on a large scale. How Can I Join?
