I beg to differ, every server that is seen to be breaking the EULA is pursued. Firstly no, I'm asking member's of the forum community to justify their accusations. Now at the time, they said they had stated they had ceased after looking looking there wasn't evidence to suggest that they were. You seem to be missing the key point here, we can't take legal steps, it's up to the LEGAL copyright holders of the content to pursue it, whether it be tonic or whom ever. We also can't offer legal advice, the most I can say is that it's up to the legal owners to pursue, we can't do that for them.

I've spoken with the moderator who banned you, he said you were banned due to arguing with others, he is happy for you to be unbanned just don't break Wheaton's law in future please.

Right ok so now the moderators have dolled out the infractions, now there is a large amount of issues people have raised so I'll address a few; 1. Charging for in-game items/server access - This is something we have been discussing for a while and is something we are looking at but currently the rule is that you aren't able to charge for access to a server or for ingame content. I have spoken to the team behind A3L and I believe they have stopped this now. 4. People who want to use this forum for breaking Wheaton's law will be removed. 5.
