I found this helped me, Go to Users-YOU-AppData-local-Arma3 And remove the rpt files as well as the files inside MPmissionscache. Restart Arma 3 Hope it helps you.

Well thanks everyone, we will just have to wait, although it does seem better. In a vehicle and rotating in 3rd person it seems to stutter on the corners. After doing a 360 degree turn a couple of times it seems to improve but is still there the odd moment, nothing to bad. I'm sure it will be sorted.

No matter what setting or start up parameters (if any) I am getting stuttering , a stutter every second or so.
