im sorry but i still cant do throttle to off thing in tutorial help!

ok i really appreciate your help mate,but there when i aim camera at throttle and click enter for my action menu it is not there,there is auto hover,manual trim and engines off so how do you do it.Is enter the action menu if not correct by the way i am also on a laptop so i have no mousewheel :( so please help!!. -

im in the start and shutdown and it says now roll the throttle to off D: how i have no clue i have pressed everything what key or what do i have to do to make it do it :( please help
