Yes, I played it (on a 1.59 version) until you blow the house up with C4 but I did not spot any particular clue.

I thought about Spukayev in the campaign. I do not remember well if it's described but what happens to him ? razor Team is tasked to pick -up intel and destroy his house while another team (Simmon's Team) is tasked with its extraction. When we get back to Manhattan, Simmon's team is dead but what about Spukayev ?

I quickly checked that a minute ago. Nothing to report in the area when playing via the mission editor Nothing to report when playing the mission "bitter chill" whether I blew up the house or not. I checked the surroundings before taking the intel and I did not spot anything suspicious (but maybe I was too fast and missed something). I guess our Czeck friends will have to start diggin' holes ! :)
