UPDATE Until the issue with steam is resolved, you can redeem you steam codes manually, please check your store accounts and click on your purchase, you should see your steam codes with a link to the instructions on how to activate a product on steam.

  8. You should upload a PNG file, we do the conversion for you ;). It probably helped that you changed, the format/uploaded again ;)
  9. Hi, there are still some issues with the squad logos, because the game needs to use PAA files instead of PNGs, so we have to convert the PNGs to PAAs, and depending on the image size/complexity etc. it can fail. We are investigation the issue ;)

  11. Hi, the error you were getting was because your unit was suspended for some reason, and there was a bug in the units admin. But I see that the unit was activated again. Do you still get the error message on the My Units page?
