  1. How rude to send me email saying I "edited" your name out of the version I was running? And then to remove the files online like you have some gold going here.. The biggest problem with arma is the attitude in these forums when someone first OFFERS work they just re-wrote anyways from a previous scenario And then suggest to another user they are "stealing" their work... You don't have to worry about me using this Fussion stuff... it was the laggest of the lot anyways and I was just hopin you got a bit better... Why would anyone want to run and host this map if it says it is hosted by someone else? The only edit Fubyz Edit had was to reflect who was running it and who was hosting it.. If you READ the MAP info all credits remained... don't be anal while you "offer" expanded work of others...
  2. Installed and enjoyed this version of wasteland.. maybe a few to many jumps.. lol.. but thats a personal preference.. please continue.. Wasteland is a blast, yet at times waiting on the next mission can get a bit slow.. Having the drug dealers etc instead of "zombies" makes it a bit more interesting. Thanks for the work.. look forward to v9.0..
  3. The biggest problem with Blitzkrieg (imo) is being shown as not playing.. When the match ends..its time to pick another map.. if everyone is tired of playing for the day/night then the server sits as "creating".. waiting for that first player to launch another blitzkrig mission.. Suggestion.. is it possible to make the AI version looping? possible switching of sides? so it stays as a continuous war till admin changes map? Might be another way for people to see Blitzkrieg is active more than it shows.. great game play.. wasted on "creating" server time..
  4. Thanks for releasing the AI version! Love the PvP, but at times it is nice to fill the server with AI till actual people show up! Love the gameplay... The new version have placed the FPS off the hook for some reason! Averaging above 60fps(for now) on 16-32 player maps with 670 card. great work and thanks for continued updates!
  5. Hi guys.. I'm lost.. I have a few small missions that worked fine before the last server update.. I can run them local as user created host and they use to run on a rental service fine.. Now first was the "Galkin to ifrit" error in mission.sqm.. I fixed that and they load into editor and will allow hosting as user. But, when I place them on the rental server.. you press the mission name and it seems to goto another screen(loading?) for a split second then pops back to the listing of missions available.. I have had the same happen with other user missions but not all.. Wasteland works fine but the Wasteland 1.08 does the same as my missions.. .. Blitzkrieg works fine.. etc.etc.. Im thinking I messed something in init.sqf or description.ext... something the server "online" is looking for.. any suggestions or help appreciated. here is very short init.sqf and description.ext I also use virtualammo box script, cleanup.sqf, x_reload.sqf, vehicle.sqf and killticker.sqf.. Thanks for any help or suggestions..
  6. Tried this..cannot locate "qalkin" in any file.. is there other changes? oops... G not q...;-) can't find "qalkin".. found as part word "Galkin" and that fixed it.. But I have a strange problem.. it now loads into editor.. it runs fine as lan or local server.. But if I put it to "dedicated" server service online.. it does not go into mission.. just bounces right back to map listing?

  8. Hi guys.. Has anyone got a scoreboard script for TDM scenarios? looking for something like the blue and red small boxes top or bottom middle and just keeps adding up when a side gets a kill.. Thanks..I think there was some back in Arma 2 or OA..I just cannot find them..
  9. Tried this.. didn't seem to work for "me"... put in init of each player.. do I need to replace Player with named player or something? or did I miss actual place to put it? Is there an area marker that can be setup and used for total deadbody count..and erase from there?   10. I believe this is a "pre-release" to an April fools joke.. I never seen steam release a game at 8am Eastern time.. no talk of Arma 3 on steam at all from steam.. I would say just be "calm" and wait till you see it available on steam anytime from 8am today till Q3 2013..

  13. I think he means to tell you to turn on PIP option under video.... I havent a clue how ya slew the camera independent of just pointing your heli in that direction..

    Would have to agreee..from the pics alone..looks a bit cheezy.. There is some in cockpit video up in the take on helicopter "Video" thread.. Wait that looks like the one in Arma2? Whats new? this is a 2009 video.. Still waiting on the Steam release...sigh.. this does fly in Seattle to right?
  15. got it... it seems walking to the door and looking at the seat brings up the blue wheel to enter.. it seems like a very small hit box for "me"... but works..
