Another weird thing that might be linked to it is when I use JSRS or other gunfire sound mods, I cannot hear my gunfire in first person at all or I can hear it but really really quiet.

When I shot in first person, the gun shot sounds really quiet and when I shoot in 3rd person it sounds normal, asked my friend to test it out and it doesnt happen to him. This is really frustrating as I cant seem to fix it, trying completely reinstalling the game, didnt work.
