First impressions

IMO,

-the camo on the pants is too dark

-Why would you bother to wear camo and then wear bright logos on your hats?

-the vest...why not a camo vest instead of a desert vest if these are woodland units?

-more model variety needed. At this stage, 2 soldier retexes seems a bit dull

-These dont seem like armed forces but more pmc units

The pants arnt darker than the shirt becouse it is the same base texture. And the reason for the cap is more for comfort and style than practicality, as i intended theese guys really to be in the cities and backyards, where camo isnt as important. And they arnt simple re'tex's, but there is a whole new webbing system, but i appriciate the constructive critisim mate

Yes, the trousers look almost black from even a short

distance away. Useless as a camouflage pattern (unless

it's meant to be used at night?)

The conspicuous cap badge could conceivably be for

recognition (I don't know what role these troops are meant

to perform, but it looks like some kind of special urban COIN

force). The camouflage clothing is just comfortable and

practical. The men clearly aren't seriously concerned about

C&C.

Maybe they have logistical problems and haven't enough

green vests to go around? Maybe the special forces guys

wear them just to look different and special?

Well just for laughs I did a 3 minute retex to show what i was yappin about.

-no flashy cap

-uniform matches regular troops (not too dark though on the camo)

-webbing matches vest

-not PMC looking

Now, that looks much better! Now all they need (as a

close-assault team) is goggles, gloves and those damned

sleeves rolled down!
