Format of numberplates on Altis and Tanoa?

I'm guessing the accepted format for Altian number plates will be same as Greek - 3 letters, 4 numbers

 

 

But will Tanoa be based on nearby Fiji? 2 letters, 3 numbers?

Just place a civilian hatchback on the map, start the mission and look at the license plates.

Tanoa has TI last time I checked.

NOTE: Tested once per terrain with Offroad.

 

Altis example:

A2L-1974

 

Malden example:

Oh I see. The game assigns a number plate when the vehicle is spawned.

I'm not on dev build at the moment so hadn't checked.

Has been that way since A3 came out.

Only editor placed vehicles with a license plate selection will get a random license number at mission start.

Vehicles spawned during mission runtime won't for whatever reason.

 

Finally there's a command for that after almost 4 years.

@Tankbuster - I don't think so, at least not with the 1.78 patch, according to the changelog - Can't see anything mentioned there. Maybe it was released before this or in this patch without mention?
