FoxhoundBC 13 Posted September 4, 2017 Hello! Im having a weird time trying to get my linux server to update. The server says the version is 1.72 but when I try to update it with steamcmd launch steamcmd, login anonymous, force_install_dir ./arma3/ (my install directory is /home/desktop/Desktop/SteamCMD/steamcmd_linux/Arma3), app_update 233780, app_update 233780 validate, then exit. tRiKy_ch 26 Posted September 6, 2017 try using force_install_dir /home/desktop/Desktop/SteamCMD/steamcmd_linux/Arma3 i've got similar issue when using relative path, always better to use absolute path to be sure Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
