scotg 204 Posted June 26, 2017 Is the hierarchy of bones in wheels a fixed arrangement, or can they be rearranged parent-child to child-parent? Well, maybe it's not necessary for what I want to achieve. On each side of a... "car," I want to have two front wheels turn on the same axis, so as to look like they are part of one steer bone, but retain their individual suspension. Since the wheels' steer axis or axes will be between them, the points of contact will swing out from the center more; on a single wheel steer system it would usually be much closer aligned. The vehicle I'm trying to create will look more like a normal passenger car, except it will have four sets of tracks instead of four wheels. BIS' Take on Mars appears to have a Mars Rover featuring the same sort of mobility system I just described. I'm just trying to figure out how to apply it in A3.
