Combat Patrol Game Mode - 24 slot setting?

Our box is a 24 slot server but it appears the new official Combat Mode game mode only supports 12.  Is there a way to expand the the slot count?  If not, is there a way on the server side to reserve slots for our guys?

Yes unpbo the mission add more slot than Pbo the file

Or make your own cp mission. All you need to do is create a mission and put the cp-init-module.
