Cannot change role in lobby since mission start

On dedicated server when mission has started to the briefing it not possible to change roles (came from 1.70). The only way is to disconnect and connect again. Is there any way to fix the issue?

Yes, on hosted server also. I think it's an intended behavior to avoid some weird behaviors with some scripts. Just a feeling because you can script for switchable units (SP) , for respawning unit (EHs, event sqf) but no real command/function for lobby management. Waiting also for a better explanation.
