eggbeast 3673 Posted May 22, 2017 Hi there Looking for a collaborator with good modelling skills we at unsung mod have taken ownership of a bought model of a mig-15 jet. it is currently 65k polys in quads, in obj or max. it is beautifully textured and uvmapped. Texture versions: -Soviet -Polish -East Germany with camo -North Korea however to triangulate that would make it 127k polys and therefore not usable in arma. it needs: 1. a low poly model making from the hi poly one - there is plenty of scope for reducing polys 2. separation of cockpit from fuselage 3. separation of pilot model and helmet (already in progress) 4. new textures creating from existing ones and baking - 2x 2k for fuselage and 2x 2k for cockpit, especially with vietnamese colour / markings 5. new uvmap for low poly model 6. delivery of a p3d to us with 30k polys max in lod 0, 4 distance lods, a shadow and geo lod, and a wreck model. if you agree to do the work on this project, we offer: 1. you can have the model as your own mod, for release to the community in the other liveries 2. we will rig, animate and config the model with the latest jets dlc compatible damage models, dynamic loadouts, physX, sensors and sounds. 3. we can help make / complete the geometries, shadow and other lods 4. we will build a pilot for it using the model parts supplied and our own kit, including an awesome pilot uniform and helmet. 5. support from the unsung team, and our buddies (many with a lot of talent, but little time to do this project, we can get good advice) what you need: 1. a few months of hobby time 2. reasonable modelling skills in maya, blender etc including uvmapping and baking. interested? send me a pm. some pics: 4 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
