The Joint Special Operations Command is now open for enlistment. The unit is designed to display both conventional and special forces style of game play that emphasize the importance of strong leadership. Therefore, the unit promotes the ability to chose between the United States Army and the United States Marine Corps. The Joint Special Operations Command will display the power of both elite fighting forces of the 2nd Marine Division and the 82nd Airborne Division.

The 9th Marine Regiment under the 2nd Marine Division will be based out of Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The 1st Battalion, 9th Marines will be the spearhead unit and all subordinate units will be from Camp Lejeune or Cherry Point North Carolina. The USS Saratoga CV60 will be the main source of deployment for the unit in an effort to react quickly to world conflicts.

 

2nd Marine Division:

• 1st Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment "The Walking Dead"
• 2nd Tank Battalion "Iron Horse"
• 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion "Destroyers"
• 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing "2 MAW"

• 0311 - Rifleman
• 0331 - Machine Gunner
• HM8404 - Navy Corpsman
• 1812 - Tank Crewman
• 7599 - Pilot

Marine Corps Base: Camp Lejeune, North Carolina

The 82nd Airborne Division under the 3rd Brigade Combat Team will be based out of Fort Bragg, North Carolina and serve as the main United States Army element of the Joint Special Operations Command. The 1st Battalion, 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment will be the spearhead unit and all subordinate units will be from Fort Bragg, North Carolina or Pope AFB.

 

82nd Airborne Division, 3rd Brigade Combat Team:

• 1st Battalion, 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment

Available MOS:

• 11B - Infantry
• 68W - Combat Medic
• 153A - Pilot

Installation/Garrison: Fort Bragg, North Carolina
Air Force Base: Pope AFB

 

Requirements to Join:

1. New Recruit must be 16 years old at time of enlistment.
2. New Recruit must be fluent in English.
3. New Recruit must have ArmA 3 & ArmA 3 Apex DLC
4. New Recruit must have Teamspeak & Microphone.
5. New Recruit must be able to meet necessary training schedule.
6. New Recruit must be able to download supported unit specific mods.
7. New Recruit must be in good standing with the Joint Special Operations Command.

 

We truly believe that a successful member of the unit must be self motivated, highly engaged, personable, and accountable. This is not the place for those who want to hold a rank/title and do nothing as everything is earned through merit and performance. Please take this into consideration prior to filling out enlistment papers.
