Arma 3 has exited in an unusual manner

Exit Code: 0xC000009a- STATUS_INSUFFICIENT_RESOURCES, I have tried everything I can, I reinstalled the game, verified game multiple times, also uninstalled those x96, and x64 Visual C++, also reinstalled DirectX and still gives the same message. How can I fix this, any help plz and thank you,
