Hi,

G R E A T!  (Frankyman and Snorri Long may they live!) :D

Many times I have wondered how long it will take until someone becomes active on the case.  :)

The wait has paid off; very nice textures and labels.

Thanks for sharing this and keep it up.

Greetings

Really great! I always wanted the Tpz in Arma 3. I am not quite sure, but wasn´t the 1A6 still amphibious? Later they removed this function, because the protection became to heavy, but it would be nice to have this feature.

Best regards

Yes that´s right the Fuchs 1A6 is amphibious, and that feature is already integrated.

And thanks for the feedback ! :D

The picture above (first, desert) shows the modern current Fuchs 1A8 - will we get those modern variants?

It will give some new textures, but no new model´s because i don´t have the time for that and i have not the skill for that

In fact, many people tryed to get the TPz Fuchs from the beta-testers without their and my permission.

I will release it, in the unfinished state, in the next 1-2 months.

I will put it on Github so everyone who want, can edit things in this project.

I also want to say at this point, THANK YOU to Kastor & Gameronkel for the great new (re-)texture for the TpZ Fuchs.

If you have Question to this Project or you want to test the TpZ Fuchs before it get "released" (you can get it if you work on it with us) you can contact me trough the BIS Forum or by our TS3 IP

Hello Xorplane! Thanks for the dedicated work you do to bring us crucial vehicles like the TPz Fuchs back to Arma 3!

Can't wait to see the finished product!

Don't get discouraged by shady individuals!

A small little update.

I added a useraction for "folding up" the Waterprotectionshield and a useraction for "building up" the extra protection for the gunner.

Here some screen´s:

And there is also an new information:

I plan now to add a " Radio Operation Center" version of the TpZ Fuchs, which will have a repeater that make your TFAR radio send and recive signals with a higher range. (--> The TpZ Fuchs will also work without TFAR but this special version will than missing)

The Idea to this version of the TpZ Fuchs comes from Gameronkel  & Dennis.

Im currently searching someone who can design an Radiotransmitter model & animation, so if you want to help me in this problem, please write me a message or contact me on Teamspeak.

Dear Community,

At the moment i stuck at a big Problem,

Frankyman the maker of the TpZ Fuchs model dosent have anymore the orginal p3ds files, and currently i don´t get response, if he have the Orginal 3d Models, the problem is without the p3d file i can´t add "Engine Sounds" to the vehicle and Arma3 featuers like PiP.

But i don´t want to crack(unbinarize) this p3d´s because its not allowed by BIS(i heard/saw this in the Internet) .

So that mean for you and me, if no one other has a Idea for me to fix the Sound problem which is my main problem, i have to stop this project.

Greetings

is it not allowed when you have the permission by the Maker of the model ?

Agree...  should be ok if you have the ok from the original model creator.

Just checked the BI pages => It's no allowed to debinarize BI models... but it's ok for your own models. So, if you get the ok from frankyman you should be allowed to debinarize his model for him. As an alternative frankyman might help you with debinarizing his own model for you :-)

Since when is engine sound defined in the p3d? Makes no sense whatsoever.

@x3ki: I think that Xorphane will be happy for each kind of support ;-)

So, perhaps you can help him with the sound definition?
