For Mod Makers

In-order to give your aircraft the ability to work with this mod all you would need to do is:

Download this mod and navigate to the For_Mod_Makers Folder Located within the main download and select from a list of different p3ds that would best fit your aircraft and paste it into your model. Then once that is done let me know that you have added the memorypoints to your aircraft. The rest will be on me to add the compatibility.

Static Line Parachute Usage For - Deltagamers ChinookPack Mod

In order to use the static line parachutes you must consider the following:

1:- The Helicopters terrain altitude must be above 140 Meters.

2:- The Rear Ramp must also be either open or level

3:- The Player must be in any of the Cargo seats (this includes ffv crew positions)

If done correctly all players in the cargo seat will see a Blue action near the bottom of

the action menu called 'Static Line Paradrop' This will eject the player with a T10 Parachute

and safely land them keeping all of their gear and any backpacks they had equipped.

Static Line Parachute Usage For - Chairbornes C130 Mod

In order to use the static line parachutes you must consider the following:

1:- The Planes terrain altitude must be above 140 Meters.

2:- One of the Rear Side Doors must also be open

3:- The Player must be in any of the Cargo seats

If done correctly all players in the cargo seat will see a Blue action near the bottom of

the action menu called 'Static Line Paradrop (Left)' or 'Static Line Paradrop (Right)' This

will eject the player with a T10 Parachute and safely land them keeping all of their gear and

any backpacks they had equipped.

Known Issues

- Doesn't work well with water

I can confirm that static line jumps are utterly, utterly epic!

We've given this a go on our public server (which everyone is welcome to come and join!) and had immense fun with it.

Created a LAN server, spawned a C130, get in as pilot, fly above 140meters, open the doors, ride in back, parachute with blue action, free falling with out any parachute and SURVIVE.

Does it only work on dedicated ?

@ElTyranos - Hmm no it shouldn't, all of the screenshots you see above are in singleplayer. It has been tested on a dedicated server on 3CB and it seems to work fine. Could you possibly give me more information about this?

Might be a problem with LAN, could you test in singlerplayer or dedi and let me know what happens?

@Asher418 - I would need to speak to someone at the team to try and setup compatibility with it. So I'm not too sure.

Try1 : full addon list I'm used to play with in my community (ACE3 & various enhancing addons) + editor = it worked once, then I retried and it didn't work anymore. Landing was good with a short black screen.

Try2 : CBA + Chairbone's C130 + your mod + editor = worked 3 times in a row. Ragdoll landing (this is awesome, don't remove it, reminds me of my 49 IRL jumps, this was mainly trying not to get broken when hitting the ground)

I'll try to investigate and see which mod is conflicting.

EDIT : Try3 : same as Try1 but on dedicated server = not working

Definitely an addon conflict. Did you already make it work with ACE 3 ?

@david2212 - Thats to simulate the final landing procedure where you would normally roll when touching down. To remove this just run with AGM or ACE3.

@ElTyranos - I'll leave a list below of all 46 mods it has been tested with on a dedicated public server with 3CB. Later tonight i'll try and organize a test session on a dedicated server with ACE3, ChinookPack, Chairborne C130 and CBA-A3. I'm positive ACE3 isn't the issue as I tested it constantly whilst developing this.

When trying it with ace3 the backpack hangs underneath my feat and the landing is a lot nicer, but the parachute doesn't deploy! Just me or?

i use cba, ace3, chairborne c130 and this mod, when i jump out it goes in to the freefall animation with the backpack hanging, i hit the ground in a safe way, and i end up kneeling

I'm really not sure whats causing your problem then, it all works fine for me. Could you post some images or even a video of if it in action? Maybe even post a rpt file so I can see if its something you have in a mission or whatever.

Can you add the para in a backpack like default Arma 3 parachute, so we can use it with Secventral.

Hi all,

1. i placed the c130 from Chairbornes C130 Mod on stratis, set init to "this flyinHeigth 400" set a WP and opend the back doors. the plane started an climbed to 400 meters, but i never got any blue add action lines telling me "static line paradrop"....

whats my failure?

Will this work with RHS's C130?
