Nicholas 5 Posted February 3, 2015 (edited) I'm not quite sure. My key expiration date is listed as January 30, 2017. My guess though is that Google will automatically renew keys when the time comes. Find out your username, registration, license key, and expiration date Google Earth Pro Account Self-Service Enter your email you used to get the key and they will email you the key again with an expiration date.
