@DICE folder and collection will be updated on Six over the next few days when I get time. In the meantime you can manually download the @DICE addon and manually launch the correct mods if you are particularly keen.

Changelog:

1) Complete overhaul of.... everything

Known Issues:

1) EOD dog will not walk (Marksman DLC has broken him)

2) Rallypoint system is mostly untested

New Keys:

1) Bind CUSTOM KEYS 3 & 4 in your controls menu to use the GPS.

2) CSE interaction menu will give access to the DICE operator menu.

I notice CAF_AG is gone from the modlist however, is this intentional?

Sorry, this mod is aimed at realism enthusiasts. Too much of the mission is dependent on external content.

I notice CAF_AG is gone from the modlist however, is this intentional?

Insurgent uniforms are now randomly sourced from a mixture of vanilla and RHS content.

New Keys:

1) Bind CUSTOM KEYS 3 & 4 in your controls menu to use the GPS.

Key 4+5 works for me.

Kush, thanks to the latest stable patch and the amazing loss in performance, we can no longer reasonably play this mission on a listen server

do you know any dedi servers that are running this mission?

I understand the unfortunate position you are in, however there does not seem to be any dedicated DICE servers available for the general public. The mission was always designed for approximately 10 to 20 players from the same clan who would usually operate within a dedicated team server. My clan hosts a DICE server instance, but your ping to Australia would likely make it a hassle for you.

Alternatively you could possibly try to decrease the numbers of enemies, civilians etc in the init.sqf or alter the caching distance in the parameters.

EDIT: In the next version, I will include a 'Population Density' parameter so that you can scale the number of units in the world to suit your player count and server strength.

Its no problem on your end mate. Nothing wrong with the mission, everything wrong with BI's patches.

Hello,

Was curious if anyone else is having this issue, I have all the mods required, with the only addition being blastcore effects...When I spawn in (Trying this via LAN Singleplayer before hosting on server) as anything but a Machine Gunner it doesn't seem to give me a weapon or gear...am I being stupid and missing something here or...?

Asides from that, awesome mission! Really enjoying it so far

EDIT: I can also spawn in with the DMR, so maybe it's having issues supplying the player with a standard Rifle?

The problem that i have with the CAF aggressors been replaced is that now civilians look like the terrorists instead of the other way around before the change the CAF aggressors gave us real looking civilians and not military looking civilians with cammo pants and balaclavas/shemaghs/keffiyeh whatever they call them. Now i tend to shoot more civilians from distance cause they are wearing military identical outfits to the enemy. If this is suppose to be a mission based around realism why not have CAF civs in there. The mission is great dont get me wrong its just that i feel i had more fun on the sangin map then on kunduz with actual civs running around. I am one of those people that loves mods and dont play arma without them and dont have a problem downloading extra mods if needed.

Where can i find the updated version? 

The version on armaholic has different requirements than on the latest modlist.

Any plans to update the mission since ACE have released a bit of updates, since I tried to run the mission and keept getting kicked due to ACE not being on par with the mission and it kept crashing my Arma3.exe?

 

Love your missions tho.
