PLA would be pretty interesting.

This would probably be more expansion-esque than DLC, but China vs BLUFOR on a semi-snow covered Korean style island would be awesome. Haven't seen much in the way of far-east terrain for ArmA.

I would love to see the USMC infantry models updated to more modern standards (how about you blouse their damn boots as well :P), but i expect the community will provide that before BIS does.

We should get USMC 2010. But for free. Because it's called combined ops.

We need more Russian modern stuff - like those Modern Hinds , Mi28 etc alot stuff :p

Agreed. Opfor faction, but NOT insurgent as I do not want another US Army hi-tech versus AK-47 and T-34s...

The BLUFOR players have had it to easy for too long, why anyone would want more USA or outdated enemy is beyond me. Plenty of Insurgent style enemies to take on already

Step up to the plate and show how good a virtual soldier you are and use some serious tactics and take on a real ARMY like proper equipped modern Russian (independant) or PLA (OPFOR).

USA vs PLA or Russia

PLA vs USA or Russia

Russia vs USA or PLA

;)

And watch the ARMA 2 multiplayer and singleplayer community grow bigger. Lots of Russians and PLA likers everywhere

Not much people like playing MP on the disadvantaged side, it gets boring and shrinks the community

I have done my time playing BLUFOR

I would be 1st to buy a Russian expansion with a campaign or PLA expansion with campaign

Id'e rather buy both

The default BIS Russia and USMC units seem dry and watered down, compared to the BAF DLC, which have an incredible amount of detail.

PLA, human wave attacks with new gear and vehicles please.

P.S. If we want to recreate korea, ADD SNOW/CAMO.

Insurgents?

You have two options:

A) Units -> OPFOR -> Takistani Militia

B) Units -> Independent -> Takistani Guerillas

:confused:

For the record, I voted for PLA.

I love the Marine Corp! [sic]

Pvt AnimalMother92, what are you trying to do to my beloved Corps? You are dumb, Pvt AnimalMother92, but do you expect me to believe that you do not know how to properly spell the word, Corps? Then you did that on purpose, you want to be different! :p

Yeah, the BAF Units stand head and shoulders above the Arma 2 USMC units, which I think are simply outdated now. Same goes for the Russian faction. I´ve contacted the mods about adding the Russians to my poll, too, so people can vote for them too. Should´ve thought of this earlier.

Cheers
