Bink's US Army '09 Replacements

Hi, after a few requests for 09 replacements I decided I'll try my hand at writing a config, it went well, so now I present.....

US ARMY '09 Replacements

Description:

Various soldiers wearing ACU to represent modern day US Army from 2008 - 2009.

This addon is used for replacing the BIS US Army with Bink's US Army 09 Units.

Installation:

As we always recommend use modfolders.

Check our FAQ for a clear explanation.

Known issues:

Sniper(TWS) doesn't appear in the editor using his base classname, need to look into it more.

Notes/Additional info:

AUGUST 2011 First Release of Bink's US'09 Replacements for OA.

All's you need to have is the original units made by bink, operation arrowhead and this replacement pack.

Regarding bink's units, you will notice the crewman has no heat signature on his body, and the heat signatures appear completely different to that of BI's

Contains V2 signatures and server key

Works well so far. I notice that you didn't give your guys the Villas weapons that Bink had in his units - was there any particular reason for this?

It doesn't matter as these guys are better than the originals and I have plenty of scripts to add weapon loadouts - just wondered thats all!!

Yeah, I didn't add vilas weapons as I wanted to give it a default loadout, weapons wont really be used in mp anyway as most people either add the relevent code in the init or they go to an ammobox, if there is more requests for the weapons though I will make another config for it.

No sweat - as you say loadouts will be controlled by the missions in MP anyway. You did a good job!

Hey good replacement Viper mate, me and my mates love it but one problem not seeing any blood textures I have edited your mod so that its contains it :)
