ACSR 2.5 Final

Cause nobody did it I decided to make new thread (there was no final in complete sections if I check correctly)and upload file to fast host. Previous my upload was on slowest host and version was without few bugs fixed. Last version hosted by ofp.info was 1.5 so I think it's nice addition to play a bit ;)
