31st Normandy mod for ArmA2: WW2

Having a 'combat medic' seems a decent idea.

possibly not like a true medic would heal wounds or whatever.

maybe stabilise you to a fighting condition again?

still wounded but at-least able to move and fire?

After the battle you could return to a MASH medic or perhaps a field ambulance could/would fix you up back to normal?

Reasonably sure combat medics still wore the Red cross though just on the arm only

My update on it: Configured the 1st inf div. with editor groups today. Next up 2nd rangers, 2nd ID, 29th, 82nd & 101st for the US.

Will it be able to carry 60 troops, as the real one did?

^ I would agree on that, except for the fact that this boat is for this mod, and mine is standalone. If this one were to be released then I would take mine down in a heartbeat. The one in those screenshots is beautiful.

ArmA 2 needs a script that makes the AI ignore everything until they go to their first/second/third waypoint and so on. That way you could have them get out of the boat and just run up the beach..

They still seem to try to shoot something. They stop, look around, then keep going for me..

edit:

probably because the thousands of AI addons I have. I think it is time to clean my addons now... :p

Is there anywhere I can download any missions for this mod(preferably as OPFOR as I still can't fix the BLUFOR weapon spawning bug)?

From that information it's quite hard to tell, but maybe it is this...

Certain units still have a crew type from Arma1. If you place a manned unit on hte map and start the mission it crashes. This will be fixed in the release, but until that you have to place an empty vehicle and some crew outside of teh vehicle.

There are missions. Try to search in Armaholic.

Judging from the fact that this is an open beta, id assume no, as there are still many bugs and features the team is working on.

Will probably change with release of v1 though... :D
