Hello,
will I need Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis to play Operation Flashpoint: Resistance? Or will be OFP: Resistance a stand allone game?

AFAIK, it's not a stand-alone...so you would need to get Operation: Flashpoint.

it's labeled expansion campaign so that means it's not standalone (or else it would cost like $70 usd)

It's very likely there will be a new version of OFP containing both the original game as the Resistance addon.
