Ordering your men to go prone etc

I'm new to Arma II but have used OFP and ARMA extensively.

In Arma II I seem to be lacking some action menu controls to get my squad to do stuff, like face in a certain direction, and also go prone.

How are these things achieved in Arma II?

well going prone is I think 7,then ummmm cant remeber hehe.

Watch direction you need to hold shift then the option menu will change and watch direction will be at the top.

select unit -> 7 -> 8
for prone. There's a "watch direction" command as well.
