i was wondering if the scuds can actually be used? i know the will launch but is it just a glorified bottle rocket or
can you target something and hit and destroy it with the scud? i would like to use them in a mission for a sort of artillery but if they are just for decoration then its pointless. any help would appreciated.

They are pretty much just decoration. IRL, a scud in the 80's would probably be fitted with a tactical nuclear warhead. These are pretty much just smaller than average nukes, but are still enough to destroy an entire island ingame. They can be launched, but you cant target anything. The only reason they are ingame is because of their importance in the campaign.
