Just like Google the forum search button is your friend. ;) That said ArmA is very broad community and because it is so editable and modable the game modes are not limited as in older FPS to just 2 or 3 game modes; so finding a specific game mode needs a little more than just logging on to the first server you see. To find a TDM server I suggest you find the a TDM community of which there are several in the ArmA community. The Search function will help and if you go to the first link I posted above there is in it a link to the community and clan servers in the ArmA 2 - SQUADS AND FANPAGES section.
