Badlands help

Well, basically i'm a shooter not a tactician so obviously i'm struggling with this one. I know how to operate the command interface but i am unsure of how to employ it for best results (i'm on NAPA side 4 the record)

help plz!

Basic is simple: build all you can and buy the heaviest equipments as possible.

Since NAPA only able to build barrack and light factory, the best vehicle you can buy is BRDM, which is a light armored car with a 20mm cannon and MG only. Defenses are virtually useless so just forget about them...

Cool but can I have some help on troop movements. How do I best employ the men?

In Badlands, you don't have much to do except taking care your own team so there is no differences in tactics. Just go and capture the towns.

Except every time my NAPA guys advance they get obliterated and leaves Razor team on it's own.

I had a great deal of luck by using 'combined arms' tactics. I would group my infantry with at least one BDRM per squad. I usually send the BRDM into a town first, and I send the infantry in behind it to take care of the other threats that it can't handle immediately. That way, my infantry doesn't get their clocks cleaned by any technicals or emplacements that may be lurking inside towns.

But i'm still trying to capture the first town. The only motorized support I got is a couple of wimpy UAZs which get cleaned up and then it's just Razor and NAPA vs the world.

I suggest to attack the town using the 2 off-roads with MGs from a distance. Neutralize the heavy weapons first. Once the HQ being set up. Build a barrack & light factory ASAP.

Order your teammates to get in both off-roads nearby. For your car, You can be the gunner yourself or let your teammate take care the enemies for you. AI shoots better but you can pick enemy at your choice faster. It is up to you

Two or three enemy UAZs defending Novy Sabor which must be taken care first. You can either shoot them through the woods or drive a bit west until you can overlook the town. Beware the north strong point since the MG there might shoot up your off-roads before you can done anything. Once both UAZs destroyed, attack the town from NE. You may use the off-roads as fire support while the infantry groups lead the attack, or capture the town all by yourself, with picking the enemy soldier from a distance until most of them are killed.

I conquered Novy Sober by ordering my sniper to take out the static defenses (while I watched with binocs) then attacking from the east which provides some cover. 3 enemy UAZ tried to flank us, but drove across an open field and fell quickly under the MGs on our technicals. Then it was just a matter of sweeping through the village.
