    Yeah, actually even on page 18, reposted by another user. Last post I've seen from him was on ARMAUNDERGROUND, July 2009.

    Anyhow, the tutorial and the Applegate Lake source files are just awesome and already make his work epic

    Thank you for putting this all together. Now if anyone is truly interested in island making then they really don't have an excuse. The information is all here.

    I personally think another sticky thread -a FAQ on mapmaking should be made. Perhaps we can start by making a shortlist of typical questions asked. Over the last few weeks here and at armaholics I have seen the same questions asked again and again. A nice list of this is what you can do and this is what you cannot do would be very useful and encourage people to then follow tutorial links, since right now people do not even understand what the limitations or possibilities are.

    Oh Man, you just took ALL the fun out of trying to make a map!!

    This by far the most comprehensive source of useful information I have ever seen in any modding forum. I don't think there's much more any beginner could ask for.

    I agree with the FAQ sticky. Although I must admit, it's not that hard to find the info by searching the forums. But, it would be nice to have it all in one easy to scan location (although it will get full pretty fast, to be sure).
