help with aiming

Um i got the game today and love it, i was wondering though is there a way to turn down the sensitivity on my controller, because i find it near impossible to aim. Its not the unstability of aiming, that adds realism, but can i atleast turn the sensitivity down? Thanx in advance

There is the mouse setting in the game options under controller and the basic Windows mouse settings also.

I moved to a hi-res laser gaming mouse, it's much more accurate and stable than a ball or optical mouse.

we are still talking operationflashpoint: elite and not CWC here are we, sorry im confused is there a way to get my mouse onto my xbox, coz i cant even think of a way to do this on my 360 or ps3 let alone original xbox. If its possible please tel me in basic (console) language that i can understand lol
