In OFP this was OK, I don't remember such bugs, or maybe I'm wrong...Welcome to AI driving in A2/A1/OFP.
lol, this was the first thing I tested with the new patch, to see how good the "new" AI where at driving.
AI in a car driving down a road. 5T truck parked on the right of the road with the edge of its wheels barely on the tarmac. AI smashes straight into it, wrecks his car and kills himself. I left it at that.
