[["aerial_reconnaissance"], player] call BIS_SOM_addSupportRequestFunc; There appears to be no way to synch a UAV terminal to the aerial recon unit. You can call it, you can set a target area for it but you can't see anything with it without a uav terminal. I found nothing in the wiki about this and have tried the BIS forum to no result. Please advise if this is a bug, a lack of ducumentation or just a feature that adds a UAV that flies around the field with no utility. Using this method (http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/UAV) requires that a UAV already be in theatre . I am unsure how one would link this to a SOM. If it can be, documentation needs to be provided in the WIKI. I was advised to post this here by a senior forum member. My apologies if it is in the wrong area. We use allright the UAV in solo mission or hosted server but impossible to use it in Mp on Mp server ! as you i 've concluded that there is no synch between player and UAV terminal or UAV manager logic...
