Logging directly into a server

I want to click an icon i windows and go directly into my clan server which is password protected.

I know you can use:

C:\Program Files\OFP\OperationFlashpoint.exe" -connect=server.ip.address -port=port_number -nosplash

But it doesn't work if the server has a password.

So does anyone know the password parameter syntax?

-password=password_of_server

or

-login=password_of_server

or what?

It should be -password=xxx
