Filebank utility will be relased soon. There are also some 3rd party tools to pack data so feel free to discuss what's most suitable tool for you.

In this forum, we want do discuss mainly all issues related to data packing and finalizing of addons for use in the game.

Until the release of Filebank, do you recommend we use such 3rd party tools as Stuff/DePBO and the PBOTool?

Hey all =9 My first post!

be careful when applying PBOTool onto the original data3d.pbo since it seems it cannot handle it proper. When i extracted with PBOTool on the original one, it did a worse job than DePBO actually and totally messed upp the model. (If you want the specifics i can post the hex info later on

My suggestion is either to lay off the original PBO or hex edit it manually.

PBOTool works with the demo pbo though.

    DePBO works with nothing

hubba are you saying that the pbo tool is the one that could be screwing up my models because the game crashes back to the desktop for no reason, as i said before all i did was pull down the tripod on the m60 model and it didn't like the model for some reason.

No you always get a error mess if it's a model problem (at least i've always gotten that.) If it bombs out to desktop it's almost always a CPP problem.
