Game doesnt Work - PLZ HELP

So I DL'd the game on Steam and its 100% ready to launch. I try to launch it. It tells me its preparing to launch and then nothing happens.
Best 20 dollars ever spent

Did you try restarting steam? Sometimes it is not completely done downloading, even though it says it is. Your attitude doesn't really encourage people to want to help, fyi.

Is ArmA fully updated according to Steam? If not, consider trying to manually update the game using this list.

You could also try manually running the game from your steam directory - steam\steamapps\common\arma\arma.exe
