I need help, I know nothing on how to script and would like someone to teach me or give me places for a good walkthrough

A good walkthrough i think is the editing guide.
downloade this and read it 5 times atleast

i takes some time and effort to learn scripting in arma(2)

just a tip. stay away from SQS.. learn SQF

now.. use this forum. post questions etc etc.. but. dont forget to use the SEARCH. most likely your question will already been asked and answerd

there are other sites aswell. ofpec.com and armaholic.com use them.

but 1st start by reading the guide and play around in the editor.

I'm also just getting started with scripting. I noticed that the Mr Murray guide is for ArmA I. I assume the editor and scripting are same or close enough for ArmA II.

So far, I've only used the editor.. I made a fun mission where my and my troops eliminate a few patrols in a town and then destroy the tank (also patroling) to win. I want to make the mission require eliminating all enemies as well as destroying the tank
