    bisign/bikey?

I was told that it's okay to delete the bisign and bikey files if I'm not going to play online. Is this true?

    Thanks

    Yep.

Still, bikeys are tiny files, so you might as well keep them if you ever change your mind about playing online (can put them into a separate folder so you can easily copy/paste them back in rather than having to extract them from all of these separate addon zip files)

BIkey is for servers (arma 2\Keys)
BIsign is to be kept with addons/.pbo

nothing...I delete mine only because it keeps my addon directories "clean" and easier to find things.
