Multiplayer Mission with custom Addons

Hi,

I have made a Multiplayer Mission and I have insert custom Addons.

Does it work, when I put this mission on the Server ( I get the Server in a thew week) that the clients automaticly can come on the Server and play that mission with my custom addons, or musst the client have it allready in there Addons folder.

If it dosen't work is there maybe a script that make it possible, or something else. :confused:

I'm not 100% sure, but i think the person joining your mission has to have the addons clientside. I don't know if this applies to all addons, as some of them are tiny, but it's a lot to ask of someone joining your mission to download even 50MB worth of addons, which is a lot less than some of them on this site.

Yes, the clients will need the same addons. ArmA II downloads the mission files automatically, but it does not do the same for addons.

Server needs to have the required addons uploaded to it, and the clients must be running the addons for the mission to work properly.
