Need Help checking Specs

Hey im trying to find a laptop that can run arma 2 , can someone tell me if these specs can run the game in high to optimum levels?Here are the specs.....

processor-intel core 2 duo processor family

OP-Windows vista Home basic

Chip set-intel PM45

Memory - 1GB 800FSB;maximum up to 4GB

Hard disk drive;120GB 5400RPM SATA;maximum up to 320GB

Optical Disk drive-Super Multi Drive

Graphics-Nvidia Geforce 9600M 512MB

Not happening @ high settings.

It should run at low detail settings (but probably not well).

Unless a laptop is specifically configured for gaming, the performance will likely be unacceptable.

Several contributing factors - It's a laptop, you have very little RAM and the 9600 is a weak graphics adapter.

The added RAM will help (but not much). The video card is the same and, as such, is not going to allow you to play at anything more than low settings/resolutions.

You really need a "gaming grade" notebook or better yet, a gaming desktop, to play games like A2 @ acceptable levels.

Besides this, what your question has to do with:

This forum is for reporting hardware/driver issues with ArmA 2 as well as for reporting serious bugs.

Troubleshooting issues related to addons/mods should be addressed in the thread of the addon/mod in question, not in here.
