Day perfect Night ugly weird effects

It is just me or the night isn't properly rendered, especially hallow of lights, I got weird textures like I was in 16bits colors, the day graphics are ok, execpt the U.S trucks who seems covered by shiny plastic rendering.Any ideas or it's a feature?

Probably because the lighting engine isn't as powerful as some other games. It's quite nice on it's own merit, and even more impressive when the community addons start pushing out custom explosion and fire effects, however I understand what you are speaking of. I'm sure it can be improved on some by BIS, but I dunno just how far they can push it.
